Thank you for having us. The 6-hour drive (Mama by herself with the three kids) was well worth it!
#telluride is probably our favorite #skiresort in #Colorado. What's not to love about it? It's an old Western town from the 1800s at the end of a box canyon that is surrounded by a large number of 14,000 foot peaks. What makes it even better is that it doesn't get near the crowds that Vail, Breck, or Keystone get.
We stayed at the Peaks Spa and Resort, and we were totally spoiled. The resort is ski in/ski out. All you have to do is go downstairs, put on your ski boots, walk outside, step into your skis, and off you go. And their #spa is amazing. After spending the day on the slopes, we would walk down to the spa and enjoy their pools, hot tubs, sauna, and steam bath. Lukas especially liked the the two-story slide.
